Civil Rights Groups, AFL-CIO Oppose Alito

Just another distortion of information coming from AP (Associated Press) which implies that these folks are just being "intellectual". Ignoring the fact that not ONE of these organizations has ever recommended, or voted for, anyone remotely connected with Republicans, never mind their favorite person to demonize, George Bush. Here's their "logic" for their campaign against Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito:
"It's clear that his judicial philosophy is at odds with the interests of America's working families," AFL-CIO President John Sweeney said in a statement.

(keep in mind that the term "working families" only applies to union members....they couldn't care less about non-union workers)
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund and the AFL-CIO all opposed President Bush's first Supreme Court nominee, now-Chief Justice John Roberts.

(not to mention the fact that these groups have opposed virtually every policy, person, or legislation efforts, proposed by Dubya. They're nothing but a subsidiary of the Democrat Party. If you like paying more for goods and services, ya gotta love the union concept)

....we'll pretend this is actual news.

Just another day of distorted misinformation from the press.
